Sunny Tara is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of VIPCare Health, a care delivery venture focused on building and funding companies led by clinical founders. A serial entrepreneur and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience, Sunny co-founded CareCognitics and previously founded docBeat, which was acquired by Vocera Communications. He brings deep expertise in strategy, artificial intelligence, data science, and building transformative businesses across healthcare, gaming, hospitality, and retail.

Dr. Robert Groves is the Co-founder and President of VIPCare Health, a care delivery venture focused on building and funding companies led by clinical founders. Dr. Groves is a physician executive and healthcare thought leader with decades of experience spanning direct patient care, virtual care, population health, clinical innovation, and value based strategy. He spent 27 years practicing medicine, developed and led one of the country’s largest tele ICU services, and later held senior leadership roles focused on quality, utilization, education, and care transformation. His perspective helps VIPCare Health use technology to remove routine friction while preserving the trust, personal connection, and meaningful time patients and physicians need.

Alan Sklar is the Co-founder and Board Member of VIPCare Health, a care delivery venture focused on building and funding companies led by clinical founders. Mr. Sklar brings approximately 40 years of transactional legal and business experience to VIPCare Health. He is the managing partner of Las Vegas based Sklar Williams PLLC, which he founded in the mid 1990s, and has advised prominent organizations and entrepreneurs across healthcare, corporate law, banking, finance, securities, and real estate. Alan also cofounded GBank Financial Holdings and its banking subsidiary, GBank, and helped establish Silver State ACO, Nevada’s largest accountable care organization. His experience in governance, healthcare transactions, and business formation supports VIPCare Health’s responsible and sustainable growth.

Shahid Shah is the Board Member of VIPCare Health, a care delivery venture focused on building and funding companies led by clinical founders. Mr. Shah is internationally recognized as 'The Healthcare IT Guy' who has built and exited multiple digital health companies. He architected clinical solutions for the American Red Cross, built EMRs used by hundreds of physicians, and served as CTO for a billion dollar CardinalHealth division. He advises NIH and TATRC's SBIR/STTR programs helping small businesses commercialize healthcare applications.
